Hello!
My name is Katlyn, and I am a Visitor Center Associate here at Red Hill. I have lived in this part of Virginia my entire life and have always enjoyed the state’s rich history. In May 2024, I graduated from the University of Mary Washington, where I received a B.A. in Historic Preservation and Anthropology as well as a minor in Museum Studies. Prior to working at Red Hill, I interned with the National Park Service at the Fredericksburg & Spotsylvania National Military Park and worked at the Bedford Museum & Genealogical Library as curator. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being in nature, and spending time with my friends and family.
